What I do

Based in Bournemouth on the south Dorset/Hampshire border with the sea and the New Forest on the doorstep, this is an inspiring and nourishing area to be.

Whether it is a walk in nature, a day spent in the forest or at the beach, there is no denial that spending time outdoors in nature is good for the soul. The mental and physical health benefits we can gain from spending time in nature are deep rooted within us. Science backs this up, with a multitude of research articles citing the positive connection between getting outdoors and feeling more rooted and whole withing yourself.

A 2019 study found that just a two-hour “dose” of nature a week is enough to significantly boost health and wellbeing. This and other scientific evidences show how important it is not just to be in nature but TO CONNECT and really BE WITH NATURE. This can be through Earthing or Grounding, Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), Mindfulness, Eco-Art, Wild Swimming, Hiking, Camping or just sitting around a fire.

I offer both one-to-one sessions and group session/events in beautiful rural locations, where you can connect with nature and most importantly, yourself!!
